Long story short i upgraded my friend itouch to 3.12 and jailbroke it. Problem is is that his itouch is a MC model so it require him to teather boot it. I was wondering if there anyway that i could downgrade it to 3.0 and just jailbreak which doesnt require to teather. ^^ thx for the help

Downgrading 3.12 to 3.0

Unfortunately a tethered jailbreak isn't a matter of what firmware the device is running, so even if you could get it down to 3.0, it would still be a tethered jailbreak.
