Downgrading an iPod touch 3G from 4.3.1 to 4.2.1??

I recently restored an iPod touch 3G that I bought from a friend but now that it updated to 4.3.1 I can't jailbreak it. Does anyone know how to downgrade back to 4.2.1 firmware (iPod was never jailbroke).
