Downgrading broke my iPad

I tried downgrading via IPSW and now it just keeps giving me a white screen with the Apple logo which will randomly go black then right back to white. Did I just brick my iPad and it’s not unusable? Won’t even let me do a hard reset and my computer doesn’t recognize it.

Okay so what I think happened to make the screen go white is unplugging it from my computer before the restore was complete.

So this morning I put into DFU mode and just let the restore process complete in full.
