I have an XR that is only 6 months old, running iOS 13.3.1. Being the moron that I am, I decided to upgrade to 14.3 a few days ago. Big mistake, my battery life is total garbage now.

Do I have any options to revert back to 13.3.1? or am I stuck?

No way to downgrade the iOS, shortly after a new version is released Apple stops signing the previous version so downgrading is no longer possible. It's really a shame but this is the way they've done it for years. One of my biggest gripes with Apple.

My iPhone 8 had normal battery discharge rate. After I "upgraded" it to 14.3 I can watch the battery level drop. What a joke.
In the past Apl got called out and sued world wide for implementing CPU throttling secretly in iOS 10. It was such a huge money maker (crippling iPhones with tired batteries) that they've developed another way but this time can't get busted.
Rapid battery discharge of older iPhones with newer releases of iOS is intentional— I think

One option - but you probably won't like it.

Jailbreak, then downgrade.

Assumptions: 1) There is a jailbreak for your firmware and device. 2) You want to jailbreak. 3) You saved your SHSH blobs for the firmware/device you want to downgrade to.

If you have absolutely no idea what assumption #3 is then there is no hope. In order to save them, you'd have to know what they are first.

You're stuck.

What happens to your battery? My iphone XR also has battery shutdown after ios 14 upgrade. What is your bug log name? You can find it at Analytics Data in the Setting.
