How do i do this? My iPad 2 isn't jailbroken and I don't want to jailbreak it. I downloaded the iOS5 GM last week and want to downgrade to iOS4 so I can update officially to iOS5 today when it get's released incase there were any bugs tat were fixed. How do I do this?

The GM is the same build that is going to be released today. (If history is any indication)

There's no point at all in downgrading just to upgrade to the same software you're running now.

If(like me), you're a little OCD about things like this, Just backup and then choose to restore. iTunes will download the firmware again(assuming the GM you have, isn't stored in the default location).

I'm not a developer, you didn't have to be a developer to download the iOS 5 GM! It was open to everyone, I'm suprised u didn't know that!
