Downgrading iTunes 11 to 10.7

I updated to Mavericks and the first thing that bothered me is the non-transparent dock, wtf? That white block is like staring into the sun. 2. Itunes was updated without my consent. I really disliske iTunes 11, so I never updated it. Now I installed Macericks and ta-dah, iTunes 11 is here.. Problem is I've tried 2 different downgrading steps but none work. Hopefully someone will come up with a how to downgrade iTunes on Mavericks.
