Downgrading to 1.1.1

Hey

I'm trying to downgrade my iPod, but when I download the 1.1.1 firmware, it turns into a folder, so when I option click update/restore, it's a folder and now a .ipsw file.

I'm on a iMac, 10.5 leopard, 7.6 iTunes.
