Downgrading with Iphone 4s?

I'm trying to downgrade my iPhone 4s to anywhere between 6 and 6.1.2. But I don't know how to and I can't find anything that shows me how to. Is it possible?

Likely not ever for iOS 6.1.3. The next targeted version is iOS 7.
