Downgrading.

Hello.
Oh well I am tired of waiting for the JB to 4.2.1, I bought my iPhone 4, 2 month ago i jailbreaket it at 4.1, but all of the sudden when i wasnt paying attention iTunes upgraded the firmware to 4.2.1 so I lost JB ofc.
My question is now, can I downgrade it to 4.1, I remember after i jailbreaket it with limera1n, i press the ''make my life easier'' in cydia, does it means that it saved SHSH or something so i can downgrade?
Is it possible that i can do it?

If so, anyone got a step by step guide ?

see he wanted to upgrade, i would like to downgrade (if i didnt read it wrong). I use windows.

Download and run Tinyumbrella. Save your SHSH files. If you were able to get 4.1 or 4.2b3, you restore and have a untethered JB. If can only get 4.2.1, you only current option is tethered JB.
