Download 4,1 to 5,1 utility, where?

Hello everybody,

I am putting together a small guide for a friend on how to upgrade a 2009 8 core to a 12 core.
However I just cant find where I can get the update utility from. I have been on netkas.org where I though it was, found this thread: http://forum.netkas.org/index.php/topic,852.0.html
But it doesn't seem to say where to download the utility. Can someone point me to where I can get it? thanks.

Am I correct that 1.7mm of washers will be needed to stop crushing the pins?
Also are the 2.26 8 core models the only ones which had no IHS? If yes I guess if my friend were to buy a 2.66 or 2.93 8 core version he wouldn't have to bother with the washers?

OK nevermind, I have the utility, I registered on netkas.org and then I saw the file in the thread.

Another question: Will the X5680 and X5690 work? as they have a 130W TDP compared to 95W.
