Hi, I was just wondering if this little white circle at the bottom of iphone photos means it’s downloading to its full resolution, if so does the full resolution one download when the circles complete even if you have iCloud Photos set to optimised? I do hope so, as going into iCloud safari to download full resolution photos is long :/ thanks in advance x C786922A-7A61-4AAE-999C-C861CAD97D74.png

Looks to be a glitch in the Camera App.

"According to Apple Support Tier 2 reps, this appears to be a glitch when the Camera app camera roll tries to automatically load the pictures to the Photos app. The white circle normally does not appear because it is so quick but due to the glitch the white circle appears and freezes."

So when the white circle appears loads and goes, does that mean the photo has fully downloaded from iCloud to full resolution? Thanks
