Download Embedded Quicktime music files for class?

Our teacher frequently posts listening examples for our tests. I would like to DL these and put them into my iPod to better study. If you know how to DL quicktime files like these please let me know.

It's not finding it for some reason. But I imagine that would be useful for other sites. Any other ideas?

otherwise the next best is to go to windows>activity

and find the link that is probably >1mb or if you actually know the exact extension or file

finally, either option+double click or copy the link and go to windows>downloads and paste it in the window (command+v)
