iOS Download file from app

I have an app with various .wav sound files. Is there a way to allow the user to download the files from within the application into the itunes music folder?

I believe the only thing you can do with the app is allow users to place files in to the app through itunes. you might be able to have it so that they are there in the first place - although tbh i have no idea what it is called and have never used... not much help! sorry
