Download folder incorrectly shows downloading

So my downloads folder incorrectly shows that there is a pending download.

Kind of annoying to look at all day long :/

Here are some things I have tried.

  • Deleted the .DS_Store
  • killAll Finder
  • Clear my downloads in Safari
  • Restart my computer
  • Delete all files in my download folder

Here is what it looks like. Anyone else know how to fix this problem?
