Download Folder

Can anybody help. The download folder in the dock has a question mark in front of it. Can anybody tell me how this come about, and how i can get rid of the question mark, as it is very annoying.

Drag it off the dock till it disappears. Then go to your Home folder, locate the Download folder and drag it back to the Dock (right hand side).
