This is going to sound like a retarded question but... how do I download this file:

It was embedded in a website but I looked through the source and found the file. I can play it... but I still can't figure out a way to download it.

I just made the link in my post that I was able to right click and download from. Is there an option somewhere in safari to download the file you're currently on?
Well, doesn't matter, problem is solved, I now have a midi for Pull Harder on the Strings of Your Martyr which I can throw into Garage Band to get some sheet music from.
