download problems with Lion

Hi Folks,

Newbie on MacRumours looking for help...

I have upgraded my iMac from Leopard to Lion a couple weeks ago. No problems up to yesterday when suddenly any attachments on email (Safari) that I try to download do NOT download. There is no blinking of the icon on the top right hand corner and no sign of the file in the downloads folder either. Can anyone help in this regard?

Just updated safari and downloads working just fine again!
