Download RAR executable

Hello All,
Can someone please tell me where I can get free version of RAR executable. I have a .rar file and would like to convert it to mp4 format to put in itunes.
maybe someone, can also tell me if there is a better way to convert a .rar file to itunes recognizable format.

I think you are a little confused about what is a.rar file. (I could not be reading correctly. It is after 3 am here.)

Essentially a .rar is a compressed file. Think of it as a different .zip.

UnRar is a really great App. It's what I use.

Once it's "unpacked" it will save a .mp4 (or whatever the file is "packed" file) to the same place the .rar is. You can then drag and drop it into iTunes.

Remember: if you didn't play with iTune's setting, it will copy the file. You should then be free to delete the .rar and orginial .mp4.
