Has anyone heard anything about how big the file will be. I just hope the new update isn't like 1.5 GB or something. I remember seeing that the iPhones was ~200MB hopefully the same around here?

Ya, I'm hoping it's not too big either, I'm currently at a computer that has really slow internet, and even 200mb will take close to three hours

Iphone 2.0 is 230mb so the touch is going to be very close to that

Just a heads up that a lot of the world also pays quite hefty charges for what you'd consider meager broadband download limits. 200MB can be a quite significant chunk of one's monthly quota.

Well I don't have a quota its just my internet is really slow... only about 300kbps so yeah itll take a while for me

it should be 230 minus phone app, sms app, baseband, and camera app, itll probly end up around 215-220
