Download Times for New OS 4.0

Can anybody please tell me what time I can start downloading the iPhone OS 4.0 ? I cannot find this information anywhere on the Internet.

I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and my time zone is Eastern Standard Time. Not sure if it will be midnight Pacific Time for download or midnight Eastern Standard Time.

I am also assuming that I will have to download through iTunes 9.2 or can I go directly to the app store from my iPhone?

Fact is nobody knows when.

Just open itunes 9.2 and plug in your iPhone and click Check for Updates
