Download Youtube video

So I know how to download videos off Youtube using the activity window.
What is throwing me for a loop and I can't figure out are videos I want
that won't download.

The videos I am referring to are the ones that instead of downloading when I double click in the activity window, they will open up in a new window and play in Quicktime. How would I download those?

For those kinds of videos, you may have to look at the source code, looking for the <EMBED> tag, then using that URL to get the content.
