Ok, you are going to have to be wayyy more specific and helpful here. First of all, go on a web browser, find whatever you need to download, and follow the the instructions on how to download whatever it is you need to download.

Download what from thie Internet? You can download a few different things from it last time I checked, so please be a little more specific. ;)

So you just want to download a web page, and not install it then? Sorry, your first post mentioned installing something...

Anyway, to save a web page just go to the File menu (or whatever variant your browser uses) and find the Save As... (or equivalent) option. You can then save the page as an .html file on your computer where ever you like.

You can also choose File > Print. Then choose Save as PDF... and then you'll have a PDF of that one page. Saving as PDF does not keep any background images/colors. Give it a try.
