downloaded 2.0- now itunes doesnt work

i downloaded 2.0 las night-everyhithing worked fine. But now when i try to get onto itunes, I get "itunes has encountered a problem..." pop up. Has anyone else had same issue or know any fixes?

i cant download anything from iTunes, but can from my Apple TV and phone. I click download, have to enter my password, and the dload never shows up.

Im not sure if issue is with computer (PC) or if with iTunes/Apple. If problem with computer, does it have anything to do with the fact that I had just gotten done with downloading 2.0 update for touch or is it something else?
