Downloaded App In Cydia, I Hit Reboot, Phone Stuck On Apple Logo

I was tethered on ios5. I tried to reboot in redsn0w…..however, it stays on the coconut icon…..but my pictures load up on the mac ect. Anyway to get out of this without restoring?

I still have cyberduck still open on the comp where I can still look at the phones internals…...

How long did you waited at the pineapple icon?

After you successfully initiated tether boot, your phone will sit on that pineapple icon for quite a while. I know my phone did. At some point, I was concerned it wasn't working, then it finally loaded into the lockscreen.

Nope…..after awhile, it was give me the spinning wheel type of thing.

Did you install something just before rebooting? This may be caused by an incompatible tweak or something that has not been updated to work on iOS 5.

If you have CyberDuck access, you can in principle ssh into the phone and uninstall whatever you installed. I think it is the dpkg command you should use to uninstall, at least that will be a good starting point for googling.
