Downloaded CD not playing tracks in sequential order

I downloaded a number of my CD's for convenience sake, I can play these CD's in itunes on my MP, ipad, iphone, really cool, but
They are not playing in sequential order.
I have to waste time and CHOOSE the order by clicking on eg track #1 then I click the NEXT track ( #2 ) then repeat. Some CD's have 25 tracks.

How can i get the CD which is downloaded to play in proper order?

YES Shuffle was on!

I don't really know about Shuffle...
Is there a tutorial ( wherever youtube, or ) where I can learn about iTunes 11.

It's not the most user friendly App Apple ever wrote..

If its glowing blue, it means its on.
Its located where the name of the track is. (when playing)

Are you sure when you "downloaded" them (did you mean ripped?) That the metadata came through correctly? Select a track from the album and click "get info," it should displace "track x of x" in there. If not, that could be the cause of the incorrect order (or, you know, you had shuffle on).

I am hoping this version 11, is "ok" and not too much of a hassle to use.

I may return to this thread to make further comments after I do some "homework".
