Downloaded photos using PC now my Mac can't download my iPhone photos!

Hi guys...I need help!

I always sync my iPhone with iPhoto and experiences no problems. Then yesterday, I tested my iPhone on my minicomputer which runs windows. I was able to download some pictures. Now, my iPhoto won't sync with my iPhone. I even tried image capture, no success.

Did I accidentally change some settings by downloading photos via windows? How do I go back to the old settings?

Can't download new photos from IPhone to PC

Sounds like a similar problem. Until I started synching with ITunes all my photos from the phone downloaded on to my PhotoShop 6. Now, only the existing photos on the IPhone camera download again on PhotoShop 6, duplicating everything that was already there!!! I can't get the new photo's to download. Sure would appreciate any help!
