i recently tried to download a game off of limewire, and when i opened it, it went right to quicktime and said something like "this file is not a movie." I even tried the stuffit expander, but nothing works. Is there a certain application to download? HELLPPPP.

Wierd. Try making sure it's not a double extension.
For example File.zip.mov or something.
Do you hide file extensions by default?

well, you know on limewire how there's lots of things to choose from! i chose all the ones with the same title and the same thing happens i'm so confused lol. after i put the downloaded file into stuffit, it makes a new folder called "setup" and that's an .exe file. when i try to open that, it goes to quicktime, it's really annoying.

Sounds pretty suspicious... You won't be needing any of those pesky .exe files anyway.

i don't really know much about them, but do you think there is another application i could use to open these files besides quicktime? i just want my game :[ hah.
