Downloadhelper Help

Hello, I recently added Downloadhelper for Firefox and now I can't get anything to download. The help section doesn't work and reinstalling is worthless. When I select Tools>Downloadhelper, nothing shows up to the right column. When I select the download arrow the download page shows up and I hit save nothing happens? Save As is m4v and Format is all files and I am not able to change the settings.
