Usually with iTunes on the Mac, it'll show 'purchased' or 'downloaded' against an app/song/something when it's been previously bought.

It's not saying this for an episode of Gossip Girl my girlfriend downloaded with my account. How do I download this again without being charged again? Bearing in mind it prompts me, when I go to buy it again, saying "are you sure you want to purchase this....".

Just checked the iTunes Store for a TV show I'd previously downloaded and it didn't show "Purchased" or "Downloaded" against it. Maybe it doesn't show that for video content? Only thing I can think of is to go through the full purchase process and hope that it doesn't charge you a second time. I know that's not an ideal solution but I can't think of anything else.
