Downloading all content in Thunderbird/Mail

Hi there,

Before I converted over to a Macbook, I used to use Thunderbird to manage my RSS feeds.

Looking for a bit of continuity, I've downloaded the Mac version but for some reason only the first two or three lines of any post are displayed and then I get a "Click here to read more" link. The same thing happens in Mail.

Is there any way to ensure that a full post is downloaded into Thunderbird/Mail so that I can read everything in one place rather than having to click through to a website?
