I have a Mac OS X version 10.4.11. When receiving e-mail attachments, they usually turn out to be unreadable consisting of strange letters and symbols. My Ipod Touch opens them beautifully but, unfortunately, many of them need to be printed, and I do that off my main computer. What is the problem? Is there an application that I need to download?

Is this a problem with .pdf files received from one source or those received from all sources?

The difficulty with .pdf attachments being unreadable is with most of them; however, there is the occasional .pdf attachment that can be opened. Any ideas on what the problem may be?

I believe I answered your question. Now can you answer mine??
