i cant find anyway to get these files from brightcove. ive tried activity monitor and many, many sites from old macrumor forms... nothing. today, i downloaded flv files using a firefox add on called karbon and then tried converting with evon.... doesn't work
there is no internet at my salon so im trying to download these videos to my computer, especially because they are not always accessible. they are for hair stylists and show new techniques.

any suggestions would be great, this is making me go crazy.
