iPhone downloading deleted apps with automatic download on

Here's my situation:

I have one apple ID and two iphones. (let's call them "A" & "B" respectively)

"A" has automatic download turned on
so if I download some deleted apps from apps store onto "B"
will they be downloaded onto "A" also?
