Downloading Error Problem

Hi all,

Recently I tried to update Airport Utility. This didn't work from software update, so I tried downloading the version from the Apple website. Didn't work either.
I then booted into the other recovery partition (forgotten it's name) and fixed permissions and disk, and it STILL didn't work! I'm running on 10.7.3 btw :)

Thank you for any suggestions or help,
