Downloading from 2nd iCloud Storage Account

Hey,

I have lots of photos etc stored on my old iCloud account and wanted to know how to download all files onto my MacBook which is attached to a different account .

Used to have one account for personal use and one for business however over the years I have just moved to have the one account and one device.

My personal account have approx 20K photos and videos on there so I would rather than them all together rather than spread around the cloud.

Is there an easy way to do this ?
