I'm a pilot and have bought a garmin 696. I want to download flight data from the internet(aeroplanner.com, its a paid service) GeoTiff files to my mac to an sd card then to my garmin 696. They; both (the mac and the 696)have the portals but I'm an idiot and can't find advice. Please speak simply. My mac is an osx 10.6.2. Its funny but to get Mac support I must first identify the serial number but the "about my mac" page does'nt list it and the support page is not listed. As my mother would say if you can help me I'll kiss you on the lips!
