Problem is my computers are not working properly but oh well.Will have to see.

You'll be able to download the full release without access to a PC.

Although if you're installing iOS 8 betas for development purposes you really should have access to a development machine...

Not possible without a computer. Makes sense as it is a beta.

The reason you need a desktop to install the iOS 8 Beta is because you need to use iTunes to apply the software update to your iPhone.
