Downloading multiple folders from iCloud

I have logged into iCloud on a desktop PC.

I can see my stored folders.

I can select them all.

But, the icon of a cloud with a download symbol remains grayed out?

FWIW I just tested on my Mac, and it works as it should.
Browser issues maybe?

I can see all the folders about 30 - but how do I download them?
