Downloading Music Problem on iPhone 5

So recently I got an album I preordered on iTunes, and for some reason it won't download on my phone. It's there, but greyed out. And it won't download. It's on my mac. I can't even delete it off there to sync with my computer. Anyone have this issue as well?

I'd contact Apple.
They might be able to reset it on your account and get it to download.
