I assume you're talking about legal downloads and not piracy, which cannot be discussed in this forum. iTunes is the best option.

I get all mine from spotify because if you get 100 dls at once they only cost 50p per track.

There are lots of ways out there, try them out and choose the one for you.

Amazon Cloud Player also has a music service as well as Google Play.
