Downloading podcasts though the computer vs wifi. Why is this??

I noticed that when I download podcasts on my computer then transfer them via cable I still get the old cover art (and thats if i can get the art to transfer over). When I download podcasts via wifi straight to the iPhone, I get podcast cover art each time. Any one know why?

My iTune is set to pull all cover art.
