Not sure if this is the right forum, but I've done a couple of searches and couldn't find a solution to this.

Does anyone know how to save a QT stream such as those of ipad videos on Apple's website? I tried downloading the .mov container and grabbing the link inside, but Akamai seems to be doing referrer checks.

Is there a software that would work for this?

Quicktime movies that I've downloaded have been done using Right/Ctrl click and the option to save as a Quicktime movie showed. However, I suspect that Apple will have something that prevents you from downloading their ads.
