Downloading Stopped

Ive been downloading Mountain Lion for 2 hours and it hasn't progressed any, what should I do?

nothing you can do but wait, after 2 hrs and mine doing almost nothing because its so slow I paused it, rebooted and of course it started all over again, so I restarted it again 3hrs ago and its still saying another 6 hrs to go

its not my internet connection the thing works all day long at 12.5Mbs but I can see this dumb thing running at 400Kbps to 3Mbs ... most of the time less than 1Mbs

pretty sad download speeds
