Downloading Streaming media from bbc?

Hi im trying to download this video off the BBC website at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/video_and_audio/default.stm Its the video showing the latest eruption of Mount Etna on the right just under "most popular stories" section.

Is there any program i could use to download the content or capture it? Ive tried the firefox "video downloader" extension but this does not seem to work.
