Downloading Xcode 4 without Snow Leopard?

Hey guys, so I really want to use the 4 and 5 finger gestures on my ipad but I dont have Snow Leopard to download Xcode from the app store. Is there any other way to download it?

Does Xcode 3 run on earlier versions of OSX? You can still download it from Apple's developer site.

Why not just upgrade to SL for the 20-30 bucks and then get xcode 4?

I dont really feel like paying $30 for the ability to use 4 finger multi touch on the ipad. Maybe 10 or 15 bucks, but not 30.

It does, but it only has 1 gig of RAM. I might have to upgrade that too. haha.
