iPod touch Downloading youtube's video to ipod touch (How to?)

you need to have a jaibroken iPod firstly then need to install mxtube off cydia, other than that you could do it via web browser on mac/pc, firefox has an extention that can be installed where you can download videos off youtube.
you have to have jailbroken ipod and install mxtube from cydia.
Alternatively download direct to pc/mac via firefox which can then be converted, added to iTunes and synced to iPod

if you use PC, download Dvd Video Soft Free Studio from their website. It does everything.

I have 2 options for you
Option 1: The Best (and I mean BEST) quality you will have from a downloader comes from MxTube, you need to Jaikbreak your device and install it from Cydia or Icy
Option 2: if you don't want to jailbreak you can download them from your computer, I'm sure there are many links (such as www.vixy.net) were you can convert and download videos without software installation or many programs for Mac or PC that does the same, follow the links up

I used to use Vixy but after a while I noticed their servers can sometimes be unreliable.
You can try MediaConverter.org, but it limits you to 10 conversions per day (last time I checked, heh). But if anything, it's a reliable source to convert YouTube videos to a format that the iPod touch can play
