downloads and speed

When I try to download say Stuffit_expander_12.0.2_en.dmg and
CAps5Bvh.dmg.part I see a page on desktop. I click and am taken to entourage mail page
This often happens when I try download. I am using Firefox.
The computers getting very slow and I was told the two above would help speed up and make it easier to download.
Simple language and diagrams, as you have used before in replies,is a great help

You're going to need to explain your problem a lot better. This makes no sense
