Downloads/Documents - No "Open in Finder"

G'day,

I'm bashing my head on a brick wall here, cos I'm so ****ing frustrated...

I've upgraded my 2009 MacBookPro 13" to Mavericks.

In the dock, the Downloads and Documents folders when clicked open to a "short list" of files... but there is no option to expand and show in the Finder!

What's up with that?

What happens when you "Right+click" on these icons.
It should give you a menu with options.

I had tried click-hold on the icon in the dock... but not "right click"... (Too long a Mac user, I guess...)

Both were set to "folder".. I've changed them to "fan".
