iPod touch Downloads lite app

Hey guys. So i have the downloads lite app. I downloaded a movie from safari so now the movie is on the app (its .mp4). How can i transfer that file to my camera roll?

Ipod touch 4g 5.1.1 untethered JB
I have no computer so is there a way to do so on ipod itself?
