When Downtime is enabled, everything I search in Safari comes up with a message saying “You’ve reached your limit on suchnsuch website”. Safari isn’t in the list of apps to block; actually Safari isn’t listed at all. Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

Downtime says "only apps you allow and phone calls will be available".

You need to list Safari in the :Always allowed" section.
